Greetings!

Hi, my name is Halayna Brumfield. I am an undergraduate student at Louisiana State University, majoring in psychology (forensics), with a minor in health sciences. I'm originally from New Orleans, LA, and I chose to attend LSU because I love my local culture and wanted to be closer to home. I decided on my major because I've always had a passion for science and an interest in how the human brain works. I often find myself asking, "Why?" 

 

Currently, I'm most interested in working in the legal, clinical, or investigative sectors. While navigating my sophomore year, I've developed critical thinking & analysis skills, academic writing abilities, and adaptability. I've learned that college doesn't have to be so scary; it's important to know when to take a step back and ask for help!
